We are excited to welcome applicants for a Cancer Citizen Scientists Leadership Program for cancer survivors and advocates!

Participants will be able to specialize in diverse research advocacy areas, including (but not limited to):
  • clinical trials
  • ethics and internal review board (IRB)
  •  biobanking
  • omics
  • social-determinants of health
  • bioinformatics
  • epidemiology
Benefits to participants include: 
  • A travel award for the 2-day experiential training and participation in a research showcase at University of Florida.
  • Eligibility to compete for a mini-grant to create training workshops to train other cancer survivors/advocates.
